Job Summary:
We are looking for a kitchen AM/PM Leader who is passionate about the food service industry, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. If you are a strong leader with a proven track record in back of house operations, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of back of house operations, including inventory management, food safety, and sanitation practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the back of house team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Oversee and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity in the back of house operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies to improve overall operational effectiveness.
- Maintain open and effective communication with front of house staff and other departments to ensure seamless coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
