**Job Summary: Front of House Cashier/Bagger/Expediter**

As a Front of House Cashier/Bagger/Expediter, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include providing efficient service at the register, assembling and verifying orders, and expediting orders to guests. You will also be expected to uphold our company competencies, which include conflict resolution, maintaining standards, respect, self-motivation, and trust.

**Responsibilities:**

- Cashier:
- Provide excellent customer service by following the 4 Core behaviors (Share a smile, Engage in Eye Contact, Speak Enthusiastically, and Stay Connected).
- Take guest orders and process payments accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Meet the two-minute service goal from order placement to meal delivery.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise with guests in a professional and courteous manner.

- Bagger:
- Assemble orders for dine-in or carry-out, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Verify orders with guests or table marker runners to ensure completeness.
- Maintain a clean and organized bagging station.

- Expediter:
- Verify orders with baggers to ensure accuracy before delivering them to guests.
- Bring orders to guests promptly and verify their satisfaction.
- Offer additional condiments, napkins, or silverware as needed.
- Address any guest concerns or special requests in a polite and timely manner.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or customer service role is preferable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work within the schedule of 5:45 am to 6:00 pm, with scheduled shifts falling between these times.
