Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized guest serving area, including restrooms and entryways
- Monitor and address customer complaints, questions, and concerns promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with the kitchen leaders to ensure timely and accurate food service standards.
- Provide ongoing training to ensure all staff members are up-to-date on service standards and company policies
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proven ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts in a professional and efficient manner
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and willingness to ensure compliance
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other relevant software
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
