Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full time kitchen Closer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient closing of our operations each day. You will work closely with other team members to clean, sanitize, and organize our back-of-house areas, as well as assist with various closing tasks to ensure a seamless transition for the next day.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of health and food safety regulations
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, storage areas, that are in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure easy access and efficient functioning
- Assist with closing duties, such as restocking supplies, emptying trash cans, and cleaning equipment
- Follow established procedures for food storage, handling, and preparation
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth closing operations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and hygiene standards
- Assist with any other assigned duties as required

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Basic computer skills are a plus
