Job Summary:

Availability- any time between 2pm-1030pm

Our company is looking for a professional and friendly Front of House Customer Service representative to join our team. In this position, you will be the first point of contact with our customers, and you will be responsible for giving them a warm and welcoming experience as they enter our establishment. You will play a key role in making sure our customers are satisfied and happy with their experience throughout their visit.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter our establishment
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure the satisfaction of our customers
- Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other employees to ensure the smooth operation of the establishment
