Full Time Leaders

Department: Director of Human Resources
Location: Wilmington, NC

Experience: Must have at least two years of leadership and management experience in a retail and or service organization. All candidates that apply need to have examples of positive results and failures in their past or current employment.

Availability: Monday to Saturday- Open Availability 

Competency: Must have a servantís heart in leading their team and serving our guests. Meaning that a leader will do whatever is needed. Whether is cleaning the bathroom to taking orders. Multi-Tasking, critical thinking, and decision making in a fast-paced environment are extremely important for future leadership roles in the restaurant. Mild computer skills and financial abilities are a must.

Character: We treat all of our guest and co-workers with honor, dignity, and respect. We build trust with our co-workers with honesty, openness, and humility in our profession. We strive to be our best all day every day!

Proficiency: All candidates for this specific role will start as a team member for the first 30 days. During that time the candidate will be developed in the areas of hospitality, kitchen production, serving our guest's front counter and drive-thru transactions. After 30 days an assessment will be made if leadership is that right direction for a candidate. Once accepted into our leadership training program, a 60-day development cycle begins in the basics of leading a shift. Once the 60-day leadership training has been completed the candidate's compensation will be reviewed and revised.

Flexible hours: 8-10 hour shifts, always 2 days off
